Treasurer
Ian Baldwin is the Treasurer of Exmouth and Exeter East Conservatives.
Ian was previously a County Council candidate in Pinhoe and Mincinglake.
The Treasurer is responsible for the finances of the association, including drafting budgets for elections, day-to-day spending etc.
